Description
The Tarptent Double Rainbow DW Ultra is a high-performance version of the classic Double Rainbow DW. This tent is made of innovative UltraTNT material from Challenge Sailcloth with fully bonded seams, providing an unmatched combination: lightweight and durable. Weighing only 1.12 kg (including carbon fiber poles, storage bag and pegs), this is an ideal choice for ultralight adventures and spacious enough for 2 people (and wide mats). With a length of 224 cm and two spacious vestibules of 0.7 m² each, this tent comfortably accommodates two people and their gear. The tent can be set up semi-freestanding with pegs or fully freestanding with trekking poles of at least 140 cm, which is ideal for changing surfaces. The Double Rainbow DW Ultra has two side entrances and a rectangular footprint, and is high enough that you can easily sit upright in it-perfect for a relaxing evening after a day of cycling. Storage pockets near the doors provide convenient space for small items such as phones or maps. The tent comes with a carbon tent pole ( a length pole) and a cross pole for added stability, while adjustable tension ensures a sturdy and tight setup. Designed for all weather conditions, this tent offers excellent protection with waterproof zippers, an outer tent that comes low to the ground to minimize splashing water, and adjustable vents for good airflow. The tent can withstand prolonged rain and moderate to heavy snow, with additional attachment points for high wind or snow loads.
