Of course it is possible that you are not completely happy with the items you received. Or you might prefer a different size, color or design. Not a problem at all, you can always send them back, but…. don’t wait too long to return the items, you can return them within 21 days.
We always like to hear why you are returning items, so we can learn from it. That is why we ask you to send us an e-mail about why you are not satisfied.
Of course you can only return items that you have been not used (so no extensive testing on the trail) and that still have the labels on them. Of course it is no problem if the bag has been tried on or removed from the plastic. Basicly we have to be able to sell the item again to a new customer.
How do returns work?
Step 1:
Pack your stuff neatly (e.g. in the box you got from us, recycling is appreciated)
Step 2:
Indicate on a note (may be the enclosed invoice):
– What you are returning
– Who is returning it (order number or name/address)
– What you want us to do: refund or exchange for something else.
Step 3:
You need to make your own return label with your favorite shipping company (we do not offer free returns, I’m sorry), you can send the box to:

Step 4:
Once we receive your items back, we will make your refund (via our payment provider Mollie or PayPal) or new shipment within 7 business days.
