Evernew makes it hard to choose, but the Evernew Ti Tea Pot 500 is genuinely one of my prettiest little pots and a real work of art. So beautifully shaped (and really very hard to make). This is a pot you’re just happy to bring outdoors. The 0.4 mm titanium is nicely sturdy and incredibly durable, but certainly not heavy. It only gets better with use, especially once it builds up a nice layer of patina.
One of the lovely features is that it’s a perfect little water kettle, pouring water onto your tea or coffee with real precision. The “belly” (the rounding at the bottom) lets you pour in a very controlled way, and the small spout helps a lot with that. That’s why Evernew’s titanium tea pot is great for a slow, controlled pour-over filter coffee, and trust me, a brew tastes even better from a pot this pretty. The perfectly fitting lid has a handy silicone tab (so no burnt fingers), and the handles are fitted with flame-proof silicone too.
There’s also an 800 ml Evernew Ti Tea Pot version that’s a bit roomier for when you head out together.
