This Micro SparkWheel Fire Starter is exactly that, a tiny flint in a holder for lighting your stove. It’s very small and light, and easy and reliable to use. Same principle as a traditional lighter, a flint that throws a spark.
It works perfectly with an alcohol stove, gas burner or petrol burner. With a bit of effort you can even get some tinder going, as the sparks are strong. It works in high wind and even when the fire starter has got wet (just dab it dry, give it a few turns and you’ve got a spark).
A small spring pushes the flint against the wheel. A handy screw adjusts the pressure, so you can work it easily with one hand.
Comes with a small plastic storage tube and 3 spare flints.
