Not everyone hikes with trekking poles, yet many ultralight tents and tarps need a pole to pitch. This 45 inch (114 cm) tent pole is made for exactly that. The 5-section version packs down nicely to 28 cm (11 inches), ideal for bikepacking or if you don’t have any trekking poles. Fixed length, so no hassle.
Availabe in: carbon fibre (by Easton, stronger and lighter than aluminium, light flex) or aluminium (light and durable, friendlier priced). Sold as a single item, for some tents you need 2 of them.
