Drinking enough is important on any hike or bike trip and if you want to camp you need to arrive with enough water for the evening and the morning. This 2 litre collapsible Platypus bottle makes that easy. It is foldable and very light, so you carry it empty in your pack and fill it at the last water source before camp. At your sleeping spot you have enough water to cook, make tea, brush your teeth, make coffee in the morning and top up your bottles for the first kilometres. When it is empty again you roll it up, put an elastic band around it and it takes almost no space.
The original, made by Platypus
Platypus is the original maker of these soft bottles, so no worries about quality. The bottle is made of BPA-free, BPS-free and phthalate-free plastic, so your water does not get a plastic taste. Tip for the first use: fill it with water, leave it in the fridge for a day and any hint of taste is gone.
