Everyone knows the regular Nalgene bottles, but this stainless steel version is a bit nicer to look at and built to last a lifetime. It’s a seamless steel body with a polyamide screw lid, and it holds a full litre, so it’s good for carrying water on the trail (or just to the office). It’s the same size as a regular 1 litre Nalgene, a little bigger than a standard cycling bottle, and the wide lid makes it easy to fill straight from the tap.
Can you cook in it too? Yes, you read that right. You can boil water in this bottle by sitting it on a stove, or even in a fire (expect some discolouration). We’ve even wrapped it in a shirt and used it as a hot water bottle on a cold night, which works fine with the regular Nalgene too.
