Evernew is best known for its titanium pans, but this aluminium series is just as loved. The U.L. Aluminium Pan reaches a weight close to titanium while keeping aluminium’s high thermal conductivity, thanks to a special thin, hard ‘Dura-Lite aluminium’. The cooking surface has a titanium-plasma non-stick coating that is durable and safe and of course PFAS-free. These frying pans are ideal for actually cooking out on the trail: stir-frying some veggies, scrambled eggs or something like that.
These pans come in several sizes. The 14 cm is nicely compact for solo, the 16 cm is the sweet mid-size, and the 18 and 20 cm are there for cooking for two or flipping a real pancake (which would be nice somewhere far away on a mountain side). Every size has a folding handle and is 50 mm deep.
Note: the thin metal heats fast, so never leave it empty on a burning stove.
