How to make BLÆK instant coffee

One sachet of BLÆK holds 3 g of coffee. For your cup, use around 200 ml of hot water (180 ml for a strong brew, 220 ml for an Americano). BLÆK tastes best at a water temperature of around 70°C, so no boiling water. Once your water has boiled, let it sit for a minute or so before you pour.
