The Zpacks Dyneema Pillow Dry Bag is one of those things that seems a bit odd at first, but after one night out you never want to be without it. By day it’s a tidy stash bag for your spare clothes, kept nicely dry, and by night it’s a handy pillowcase for your puffy and a few clothes. Half the inside surface is lined with micro-fleece. Turn it inside out, stuff your clothes in, and you’ve got a surprisingly soft pillow for the trail. Do note that it stays a Dyneema bag, and those can crackle a bit, especially when new, so if that bothers you this isn’t the one for you.
As a dry bag it works like the rest of the Zpacks line: 1.0 oz/sqyd DCF, fully taped seams, waterproof in normal conditions. The roll-top closure keeps air out and compresses the contents. An extra zip keeps the fill tidy in pillow form. Two jobs in one: protection for your gear by day, a pillow by night. Available in two sizes, Medium and Medium-Plus.
