The Soto Fusion Trek is a gas stove with a detached burner head. The burner detaches from the gas can connection and the control knob sits on the adapter, this way you can adjust the flame at a safe distance from the fire. And with the low, wide three-leg stance with the concave, wind-resistant burner head you get a far more stable and weatherproof solution than a typical screw-on-top burner, It is a bit heavier than a direct screw on stove, but this thing is superb for every outdoor cook who wants a stable solution and it weighs around 179 grams. The clever bit of the Fusion Trek is the micro regulator, it keeps a strong, steady flame when it’s cold or your canister is nearly empty, exactly where cheaper stoves start to sputter and you can also adjust it if you want a simmer or slower boil. Runs on standard screw-thread gas canisters (iso-butane/propane).
