The Rubuytec Ceramic Foldable knife is an ultra-lightweight knife that fits easily into a jacket or pants pocket, made of ceramic material (not steel!) and equipped with a handy hanging cord.At only 21 grams, this knife is really super light and thus very easy to carry. Ceramic knives stay sharp longer than steel, are hygienic, are not affected by acid, oil or salt and do not discolor fruit. No wonder, then, that these knives are becoming increasingly popular. The ceramic material (Zirconium Oxide) is surpassed in hardness only by diamond and this gives the knives excellent cutting properties and makes them very hygienic. This makes them ideal for use on the trail, camping or biking. The Ceramic Foldable pocket knife has stainless steel screws that allow the folding mechanism of the knife to be tightened or loosened.
