A simple-looking handle, but it’s packed with Evernew’s obsession over getting things right. It uses a material called DUPLEX that’s twice as strong as ordinary stainless steel. Small as it is, the grip lifts a 1-litre cup of water. The 75mm size is set to fit the base of the Ti Demitasse 220 NH, and it’s finished in a cool black-oxide colour.
