The Care Plus Emergency Blanket protects against cold or heat. This rescue blanket can be used in accidents, fires and severe weather. With the silver side in, the aluminum layer reflects back about 80% of the body temperature, preventing hypothermia and frostbite. With the silver side out, sun rays are reflected back, keeping the body, car or tent cool.
