The Vargo BOT 700 makes camp life a little more luxurious. It is one of the most versatile titanium pots you can buy: a pot, a bottle, a mug and a storage container in one, with a leak-proof screw lid and fold-out handles. The lid screws onto the coarse thread and can also be used upside down as a regular pot lid. The thread feels a bit stiff in the beginning, that gets smoother with use.
Cold soaking and overnight oats
The BOT is ideal for preparing your meal while you are still on the move. Put rice noodles or ramen with some stock powder in the BOT together with water and let it rehydrate while you walk or ride. Overnight oats are another favourite: mix them in the evening and breakfast is ready when you wake up. And because it is watertight, the BOT also works as extra water storage during the day.
Packs your whole kitchen
With an inside diameter of 96 mm a small 110 g gas canister fits in the bottom of the BOT, with enough room on top for a folded Sea to Summit X-Mug. It also pairs nicely with the Vargo Triad alcohol stove, one of our favourite little burners.

Good to know: if you take the BOT into the mountains, a lid that you screwed on tight at altitude can be hard to open after a descent. That is the pressure difference from the change in altitude. When you go down, do not screw the lid on completely tight.
