MSR Pocket Rocket Deluxe
The Pocket Rocket Deluxe gas burner from MSR is, as the name suggests, the luxurious version of the already very impressively iconic original. This improved PocketRocket burner has premium features including a pressure regulator that makes it ideal for optimal use in all conditions (particularly in colder temperatures). Consistently faster cooking times than burners without a pressure regulator. This still ultra-light deluxe version is only slightly heavier (only 10 grams!!) than the PocketRocket 2. But for that you get one of the most durable piezo igniters with pressure start that MSR has ever built. This gas stove is also equipped with a wide burner head for better heat distribution and the option to simmer food in your pan. This burner is ideal for bikepackers who travel quickly and lightly, but want the option of cooking well and in a controlled manner.
Better performance and usage
Due to the higher collar around the wide burner head, this burner offers a more stable flame that is less sensitive to wind influences. Although we always recommend using some sort of windshield for optimal results. New folding pot supports create an exceptionally small packed size and can now accommodate a greater number of pans. The burner can be attached to your gas canister in no time. are screwed and can therefore be used very quickly.
The pocket rocket deluxe from MSR comes with a handy small nylon storage bag. This way the burner head is always well protected in your bikepacking or outdoor kit.
