An ultralight summer quilt, great for ultra races and summer trips. The 40°F Enlightened Equipment Revelation is a very light quilt suited to the summer months, with a comfort temperature of around 10°C. You can unzip the Revelation completely flat and use it as a blanket, or zip up the foot box for a more traditional quilt feel.
The EE Revelation has everything you need to sleep comfortably across a wide range of conditions. It’s a quilt, not a sleeping bag, so it’s designed to be used with a sleeping mat doing the insulating underneath you, between you and the ground. That means there’s no full-length zip and no built-in hood, which saves weight and space.
The temperature ratings on the EE quilts are limit temperatures, so the comfort temperature of this quilt sits around 10°C. Read more here: About our temperature ratings.
