- 10ml zinc cream
- 15ml toothpaste
- 20ml chamois cream
- 30ml sunscreen
- 10ml eco dish soap (for greasy hands and pans)
- 15ml eco all-purpose soap (and a small sponge)
- 20ml alcohol hand sanitiser (a luxury, not always along)
- mini pot of petroleum jelly
