We do our best to get your gear to your door quickly, because we know the feeling of waiting for a new tent or quilt all too well. Products that are in stock usually leave the next working day. After that it is up to the carrier: we ship with GLS, FedEx, PostNL and DHL, whichever gets your parcel to your country best. As soon as your order is packed and handed over you get an e-mail with a tracking link.
Shipping costs
Prices include VAT at the rate of your own country. We ship from the Netherlands, so within the EU there are no import duties or customs fees on top.
