We are often asked which power bank we recommend for bikepacking. Then there is only 1 right answer and that is the Nitecore NB10000 Gen3 Powerbank, the latest version of the well known ultralight power solution.
This new version of the popular NB10000 power bank from Nitecore has been even more improved than its predecessor. First of all, it looks great (very important), but it is therefore exceptionally lightweight, namely only 150 grams. Nitecore added cushion corners to prevent damage to those parts. Partly because the exterior is made of carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP), which is not only light but also very strong.
This power bank also excels compared to competitors in terms of size, it fits easily in your top tube bag or handlebar bag and measures only 12.2 x 5.9 x 1.06 cm. The Li-Ion Polymer battery (10000mAh) has an 2 USB-C outputs of 22.5W. The input at the USB-C port is 18W. Low current mode available. USB-C port suitable for QC 3.0. USB charging cable from USB-A to USB-C is included. Charge status can be read via LEDs next to the main switch. Protected against overcharging, short circuit, deep discharge, overvoltage and overheating. Splashproof according to IPX5.
